Our experience with Mr Brenner was fantastic. You can expect him to go beyond what is expected. Let me explain. Our situation was that we were 800+ miles from our vacation property. This wasn't your typical suburban neighborhood either. It was remote. We had spent many vacations there and did a lot of trail/campsite clearing and setting up deer stands etc. But the distance from where we lived and this property was becoming an issue. We never thought we'd ever get back what we put into it if we sold. We contacted Mr Brenner after receiving a letter stating interest in the property. What we got in return from him was a very professional drone video placed on YouTube. The video depicted exactly what we saw in this 20 acre property. Showed the trail system, the campsite and the creek running through the property. We believe that this video allowed potential buyers to see what we saw, the hard work the sweat equity, and the potential. That's not all your going to get from Kayne though. He's very professional and very easy to work with. There wasn't a day during the whole process that we weren't aware of the current status. I highly recommend Mr Brenner's services. You will not be disappointed.
